Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Animalist.art. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME 

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES 

We ship to all countries in the world and it's totally free. Our shipping partner is DHL Express which offer several delivery options as home delivery or pick-up at specific location. Our express shipping worldwide delivers within 3-5 business depending on the shipping address.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email from our shipping partner once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.

CUSTOM, DUTIES & TAXES

As shipments may incur customs, duties fees and taxes depending on which country you live in, you are responsible for paying customs fees.

DAMAGES

Animalist will review the replacement of products or refund requests within 14 days of placed order. If a product is missing, damaged or subject to print error, Animalist will replace the erroneous product with a new one. To issue a refund process based on the mentioned reasons, contact hello@animalist.art. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
